Fivetran is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support its People organization by defining and owning people metrics, building scalable analytical products, translating data into recommendations, improving HRIS and ATS connectors, and establishing responsible analytics practices. The role requires 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related analytical role, along with advanced SQL and data modeling skills, experience with Looker or similar tools, and strong communication and data storytelling abilities. It is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, California, or New York City, New York, with a New York pay range of $156,082 to $195,102.50 USD.
