Fivetran is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support its People organization by defining and owning people metrics, building scalable analytical products, translating data into recommendations, improving HRIS and ATS connectors, and establishing responsible analytics practices. The role requires 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related analytical role, along with advanced SQL and data modeling skills, experience with Looker or similar visualization tools, and strong communication and analytical judgment. It is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, California, or New York City, New York, with a target compensation range of $156,082 to $195,102.50 USD.
