Garner is hiring an AI-Native Senior Data Analyst for its Reporting team to build and maintain client-facing reports, develop scalable report automation, partner with relationship managers on custom analysis, and improve data practices. The role requires 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or a similar data-centric role, along with Snowflake, SQL, and dbt experience. It is based in Garner’s New York City Financial District office, with three days per week in the office, and offers a target base salary of $167,000 to $210,000 plus equity and benefits.
