Aurum is hiring a Senior RevOps Analyst for its CX Astrea team to build and improve the data foundation, processes, automations, dashboards, financial models, and tools that support customer experience operations across the customer journey. The role connects marketing, sales, product, and customer data to generate insights, projections, and actionable recommendations, while also exploring AI applications. It is 100% remote and requires RevOps or CX Ops experience, SaaS experience, SQL and relational database knowledge, BI and data visualization skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities.
