Genetec is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Customer Experience organization to support reporting and analytics across CRM, ERP, web portal, IVR, chat, and other systems. The role covers requirements gathering, data extraction and validation, automated Power BI reporting, KPI and visualization development, dashboard testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant experience, three years in reporting or analytics, strong analytical and presentation skills, and fluency in French and English.
