VIA is hiring a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to transform complex customer data into trusted analytics products and narratives. The role owns end-to-end data initiatives, including data infrastructure, AI-powered insights, data quality, ETL/ELT pipelines, and platform improvements. Candidates need at least five years of data-driven experience, a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, Python or R proficiency, and expertise in at least three technologies such as SQL, PostgreSQL, data science libraries, data-pipelining tools, or cloud platforms. The position offers a $140,000–$160,000 USD annual salary, fully funded health, vision, and dental coverage, flexible remote work, and hybrid work options.
