Lantern is hiring a Senior Consultant, Data & AI to design and deliver modern data, analytics, and AI solutions across Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure. The role is client-facing and involves requirements gathering, solution design, data pipeline and model development, governance and security, CI/CD and DataOps, delivery management, and mentoring. Candidates need at least five years of experience delivering data, analytics, or AI solutions, strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Power BI, and proficiency in SQL, Python, or PySpark. The Colorado salary range is $110,000–$160,000 USD, and the Ontario salary range is $110,000–$160,000 CAD.
