statworx is hiring an AI Strategy Consultant to lead smaller AI strategy projects or independently manage workstreams in larger transformation programs. The role includes workshops, governance and upskilling frameworks, strategic roadmaps, proposal and customer-account support, and market analysis. Candidates need a relevant degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, independent project leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluent German and English. The position is based in Frankfurt with regular remote work and travel to customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
