Avantos is hiring a Senior Data & Platform Engineer to build the data and core platform infrastructure supporting its AI systems. The role covers backend systems, data pipelines, data models and APIs, infrastructure for data and AI workloads, observability, and tooling for document processing and metadata. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or backend infrastructure, along with strong systems thinking and proficiency in Golang, SQL, Terraform, and AWS.
