The role provides strategic and tactical consulting, technology research, capability assessments, architecture and roadmap development, requirements translation, stakeholder communication, and hands-on technical delivery. It requires a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, and strong data, cloud, AI/ML, governance, and consulting expertise. The position is based in the National Capital Region/DC, follows a hybrid schedule of 2–3 onsite days, and offers a salary of 150k+ aligned with education and experience.
