Description
The role is a data-focused business analyst responsible for gathering and documenting business and data requirements, translating them into functional specifications and data mappings, performing source-to-target mapping for data migration and reporting, and using Databricks Genie and SQL Warehouses to validate and analyze healthcare payer datasets. The position also develops SQL queries, supports UAT and data remediation, documents data lineage, and collaborates with business users, data engineers, and data architects.
