The role manages pre-construction, design, construction phasing, closeout, occupancy, warranty enforcement, scheduling, inspections, testing, documentation, field coordination, and pay-application review for multiple data center construction and renovation projects. The position requires a bachelor's degree and eight years of experience or equivalent education and experience, offers up to 90% travel within the United States, and does not provide US employment authorization sponsorship or relocation.
