The role involves installing and maintaining server and network hardware, troubleshooting incidents, commissioning rack equipment, performing structured fiber and copper cabling, managing inventory, and participating in 24/7 shift rotations. Candidates must complete the Server and Cloud Application: Data Center Technician Pathway through Washington Vets to Tech, hold CompTIA Tech+ and/or Linux+ certification or equivalent training, and have 0–1 years of relevant IT infrastructure or data center support experience. The position offers a US hiring range of $27.64 to $56.83 per hour, or $57,500 to $118,200 annually, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
