Dialogue is hiring a Senior Data Developer to build and maintain scalable data products for its health and wellness platform. The role focuses on cloud data warehouse modelling, dbt and Snowflake transformations, batch and event-driven pipelines, data observability, code quality, and data governance. Candidates need at least five years of data or engineering experience, experience with dimensional modelling and dbt/Snowflake, familiarity with BI-as-code tools, and strong communication and collaboration skills. The position offers hybrid work with three days per week in Montreal or Toronto, excluding remote roles.
