Gloat is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, cloud data warehouses, Python ingestion services, and Kafka-based real-time data processing. The role combines data engineering with hands-on analytics, including querying complex datasets, building dashboards and reports, and delivering business insights. The engineer will support agentic AI and LLM workflows, collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics stakeholders, enforce data quality, document architecture, and troubleshoot production systems using tools such as Airflow, dbt, BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform, and Debezium.
