Machinify is hiring a Senior Data Engineer (Analytics) to build a governed semantic layer that transforms messy healthcare operational data into certified models, metric definitions, and business-ready reports. The role focuses on data modeling, dbt and SQL, Power BI visualization, observability, orchestration, documentation, and automation, with production ownership of models and metrics. It requires 6+ years of analytics, BI, data engineering, or business analysis experience, strong SQL and dimensional modeling skills, cloud lakehouse or warehouse experience, and stakeholder communication ability. The position is remote from anywhere in the United States and offers a salary range of $170,000 to $200,000 plus equity, healthcare, and other benefits.
