Aircapture is hiring an onsite Data Platform Engineer in Berkeley, California, to own and evolve its end-to-end data platform using Ignition and AWS. The role sets technical direction, standardizes engineering workflows, maintains on-prem server infrastructure, partners with controls and test engineering, and builds pipelines for sensor, DAQ, and historian data. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, at least six years of production data-system experience in hardware or physical-product environments, and expertise in AWS, SQL, Python, dbt, Airflow, Docker, and industrial historian or DAQ platforms.
