Amgen is hiring a Senior Data Engineer for its Global Medical Data and Analytics organization in Lisbon, Portugal. The role leads the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of batch and near-real-time data pipelines and cloud-based lakehouse solutions; it covers data architecture, modeling, integration, quality, observability, security, and collaboration with product, analytics, validation, and business stakeholders. The position requires at least nine years of relevant data engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong proficiency with Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, AWS, and related technologies.
