Analytica is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to support large-scale healthcare data modernization and analytics initiatives. The role designs, builds, optimizes, and operates enterprise-grade batch and streaming data pipelines, Databricks lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT workflows, and DataOps processes while ensuring data quality, security, auditability, and compliance with CMS, federal, and healthcare regulations. The engineer will also lead technical architecture decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, optimize cloud data platforms, and mentor junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of data engineering experience, 3+ years supporting CMS or other federal healthcare programs, and expertise with Databricks, Spark, SQL, Python, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and data governance.
