Description
Atom Learning is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale the data infrastructure powering customer-facing products such as predicted grades, adaptive learning, and exam outcome probabilities. The role owns reliable, scalable data pipelines and models, improves data quality and observability, shapes the technical direction of the data platform, and creates reusable tools and patterns for engineers and product teams. It requires significant production data engineering experience, strong Python and SQL skills, cloud data warehouse and orchestration knowledge, and familiarity with technologies such as BigQuery, Airflow, dbt, CockroachDB, and Postgres. The position is remote-first and open to candidates working from anywhere in the United Kingdom or within the GMT +/-2-hour time zone.
