Description
The Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and near-real-time data, orchestrate data flows, evaluate big-data tools, optimize data systems, develop data models and schemas, monitor pipelines, and document architectures. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of Data Engineer or similar experience, strong Python and SQL skills, UNIX administration, and experience with data processing frameworks, databases, data warehousing, and scalable storage solutions.
