BigData Republic is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to advise leading organizations in the Netherlands on complex data challenges. The role combines hands-on production engineering with advisory work, including building data systems, pipelines, data platforms, predictive models, and robust data infrastructures. The engineer will spend approximately 90% of the time on client projects and use the remaining time for personal initiatives. Required expertise includes Python, cloud platforms, ELT/ETL pipelines, data warehousing, orchestration, Terraform, and CI/CD; streaming, DevOps, data governance, and AI/ML infrastructure are advantageous. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €5,500–€6,700, hybrid working, and other benefits.
