Description
Dexory is hiring a founding Senior Data Engineer to build and own its company-wide data foundation, integrating operational, product, commercial, and contractual data into a reliable, queryable source of truth. The role defines customer, site, deployment, and contract concepts; models SLA and KPI performance; embeds data security; uses AI automation for connectors, pipelines, and natural-language querying; partners with engineering teams; and establishes standards while growing into leading the function. The position requires significant senior data or analytics engineering experience, strong SQL, data modelling, Databricks or equivalent lakehouse/warehouse, dbt, Python, AI automation, and experience integrating multiple operational or SaaS systems. It is based at the Wallingford facility with at least two days per week onsite.
