Ethos is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to build and operate internal data platforms, distributed workflow systems, Python libraries, and developer-facing applications for its data stack. The role covers Temporal and Airflow workflows, Snowflake administration, dbt Cloud, Kafka, cost governance, production reliability, automation, observability, and support for analytics engineering. Candidates need at least seven years of software engineering experience, strong programming and SQL skills, and experience with backend systems, data warehousing, ETL, APIs, and distributed applications.
