Description
HealthLeap is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to build and operate production pipelines that ingest, transform, validate, and deliver messy clinical data from hospital systems into machine-learning inputs, analytics, and user-facing APIs. The role owns data contracts, monitoring, backfills, failures, and recovery, and collaborates with integration, machine-learning, and product engineers. Candidates need at least five years of experience building production data systems, strong Python and SQL skills, and experience with changing external data; clinical data, EHR, HL7, or FHIR experience is advantageous. The position is based in San Francisco, in person, with flexibility to work from home when needed.
