Interra Health is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to design, implement, and manage a scalable, secure, and high-performance multi-cloud data platform across AWS and Azure. The role covers ELT pipelines, data modeling, schema evolution, Snowflake, dbt, Python, data governance, security, compliance, and performance optimization, while collaborating with cross-functional and offshore engineering teams.
