The role focuses on transforming raw HR and business data into clean datasets, building headcount, attrition, recruiting, employee lifecycle, and organizational hierarchy models, implementing data quality checks, optimizing SQL, and enabling self-service analytics. It requires 5+ years of data engineering or analytics engineering experience, strong SQL, transformation-framework experience, and cloud data-platform experience; Workday and People Analytics experience are preferred. The position offers a monthly salary of 1,462,500–2,285,166 HUF and is hybrid.
