Description
Movable Ink is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to own and scale Spark-based data pipelines and infrastructure supporting AI-driven personalization and recommender systems. The role involves building and optimizing production batch pipelines, managing the ML data lake, supporting model development, resolving performance bottlenecks, and improving data infrastructure reliability and scalability. The position reports to the Director of Engineering (AI/ML) and requires at least five years of data engineering experience, strong Python and Spark expertise, and experience with GCP Dataproc, Kafka, Parquet, Delta Lake, and cloud platforms.
