Optiver is hiring a senior data engineer to design and build a unified semantic data foundation across Finance, People, Procurement, Tax, Compliance, and other business domains. The role focuses on production data pipelines, dbt and PySpark models, semantic layers for reporting and conversational analytics, Unity Catalog governance, DataHub metadata management, and collaboration with business stakeholders. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience in production data engineering, advanced SQL, and hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and related modern data platforms.
