Description
Optiver is hiring a senior data engineer to architect and own production data products across Finance, People, Procurement, and Compliance. The role builds a unified semantic layer, scalable pipelines, data models, governance controls, and trusted business-facing data products using Databricks, dbt, SQL, PySpark, Unity Catalog, DataHub, and Databricks Genie. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience designing production data solutions, strong SQL and data-transformation expertise, and experience with modern data platforms and governance at scale.
