The role focuses on distributed data applications, batch and streaming workloads, Apache Spark, Python and Scala, Apache Airflow, AWS, Amazon S3, data quality, reliability, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in data or big data engineering, strong hands-on experience with the listed technologies, and strong SQL and distributed data processing knowledge.
