Description
Quandri is hiring an AI Data Engineer to own the end-to-end Databricks data lake, dbt models, medallion layers, CDC and streaming ingestion, data services, schema migrations, versioned APIs, AI data infrastructure, vector stores, feature stores, and LLM observability. The role also involves cloud database maintenance, data governance, collaboration with software, AI, ML, product, and business teams, and mentoring engineers. Candidates should have 4–6 years of professional data engineering experience, strong Python and SQL skills, experience with multi-tenant systems and regulated data, cloud platform experience, and familiarity with data pipeline and governance tools. The role offers a base salary of $140,000–$170,000, stock options, health benefits, paid vacation, and the ability to work anywhere in the world for 60 calendar days per year.
