Sightline Payments is hiring a full-time, remote Data Engineering Manager to oversee data engineering, reporting, development, and delivery of secure, scalable hosted and cloud-based solutions. The role leads data engineering teams, supports maintenance and change management, manages third-party tools and interfaces, and participates in capacity, business continuity, disaster recovery, security, and incident response activities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience, five years managing and mentoring data engineering teams, and recent experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI, Snowflake, MongoDB, data lakes, ETL, high availability, deployments, and disaster recovery, along with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cross-functional project experience.
