TMGM is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to lead the architecture, scalability, and reliability of a high-throughput, real-time data ecosystem for financial analytics. The role oversees ETL/ELT pipelines, Kafka and RabbitMQ stream processing, ClickHouse optimization, cloud data services, security, governance, monitoring, and automated recovery, while mentoring data engineers and aligning data strategy with business objectives. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, data engineering experience, finance or trading technology experience, Python and SQL expertise, and a hybrid arrangement with two remote days per week.
