Valtech is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize cloud-based data platforms supporting analytics, AI, machine learning, causal modeling, and GenAI applications. The role covers scalable batch, streaming, and near-real-time pipelines, data modeling, orchestration, governance, observability, data serving, and production-grade data quality. Candidates must choose one of two core tracks: AWS with Databricks or Microsoft Azure/Fabric with Databricks or native Fabric tooling, and must have strong hands-on experience with Spark, Delta Lake, Python, SQL, and production data platforms.
