Description
Way is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to establish and lead its data infrastructure as an early member of the data team. The role will build a data lake and pipeline architecture, develop ETL/ELT and streaming systems, implement data quality, DataOps, feature stores, and business intelligence tools, and support analytics and predictive modeling. The position requires at least five years of hands-on data engineering experience, strong Python and SQL skills, cloud and data-platform expertise, and is based in Austin, San Francisco, or Paris.
