Description
Coforge is hiring a remote Senior Data Engineer specializing in Azure Databricks for locations in Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, and Bolivia. The role owns end-to-end enterprise data pipeline and data product delivery, develops and optimizes Azure Databricks, DBT, and Python pipelines, supports Snowflake-to-Azure Databricks migrations, manages Terraform infrastructure as code, implements data quality and observability, and supports production reliability. Candidates need 5 to 8+ years of enterprise data engineering experience, strong Azure Databricks, DBT, Snowflake, Python, and SQL skills, knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT, distributed systems, Lakehouse architectures, CI/CD, Git, monitoring, testing, and incident resolution. Insurance or financial services experience, streaming technologies, regulated-industry security, cloud optimization, and multi-cloud exposure are preferred.
