Sia is recruiting Senior Consultants specializing in Data Engineering solutions. The role leads client engagements, co-designs data engineering solutions, manages stakeholders, and delivers projects from strategy through execution. Responsibilities include data architecture and pipeline design, cloud and distributed systems, database modeling, data integration, CI/CD and DataOps, internal offerings development, thought leadership, business development, and mentoring junior consultants. The position requires a relevant master's degree, 3–6 years of professional experience or equivalent academic research, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, English fluency, and Dutch or French fluency. Flexible working arrangements and international project exposure are offered, but work-permit sponsorship is unavailable.
