Description
Sia is recruiting Senior Consultants specializing in Data Engineering solutions. The role leads client engagements, co-designs data engineering solutions, manages stakeholders, and delivers projects from strategy through execution. Responsibilities include Google Cloud architecture, data pipelines, distributed systems, database design, data integration, CI/CD, and DataOps, as well as internal offerings, thought leadership, business development, and mentoring junior consultants. The position requires a relevant technical master's degree, 3–6 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent academic research, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, English fluency, and Dutch or French fluency. Flexible working arrangements and international project exposure are offered, but work-permit sponsorship is unavailable.
