Smart Working is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to architect and scale the data infrastructure for an AI assistant that automates operational workloads for property managers. The role covers real-time and batch data pipelines, vector databases, machine learning data workflows, data reliability, security, governance, observability, and performance optimization. As the founding data hire, the engineer will also establish data architecture standards, engineering culture, and hiring practices while collaborating with AI, backend, product, and leadership teams.
