Smart Working is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale the data infrastructure for an AI platform serving property management businesses. The role covers real-time and batch pipelines, vector search and machine learning data workflows, data reliability, security, governance, observability, performance optimization, and technical architecture. As the founding data hire, the engineer will also establish data standards, best practices, and hiring criteria while collaborating with AI, backend, product, and leadership teams.
