GetYourGuide is hiring a Growth Data Engineer to own end-to-end data solutions for customer growth, including acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention. The role involves building reliable data pipelines, models, metrics, and data products; designing and operating scalable data infrastructure; improving observability, performance, cost, and data quality; and partnering with Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant data experience, strong SQL and Python skills, dbt and Spark familiarity, and experience with data warehouses or lakes. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with three office days and two optional at-home days, plus health and wellness benefits.
