SimplePractice is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to lead the evolution of its data stack from pipelines to platform. The role builds scalable infrastructure supporting product intelligence, financial reporting, self-serve analytics, customer dashboards, and AI model evaluation, while collaborating with Analytics, Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams. Responsibilities include data architecture, warehouse and pipeline management, data quality and security frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and analytics enablement. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and more than seven years of Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering experience, with expertise in SQL, Snowflake, DBT, AWS, Python, and related technologies.
