M3 Global Research is hiring a Senior Data Engineer (PostgreSQL DBA) to manage and optimize PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases; design schemas, indexes, and partitions; monitor, backup, recover, and secure databases; troubleshoot performance issues; and support data governance and compliance. The role also involves translating business requirements into data engineering tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams on Power BI and data solutions, mentoring team members, and applying AI and automation to improve database reliability, testing, and operational efficiency. Candidates must be willing to work US EST hours and submit resumes in English.
