Kohl’s is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of high-quality applications, participate in the full application lifecycle, establish engineering standards, and lead technical initiatives across the department. The role also includes developing batch and streaming ETL pipelines, managing cloud-based data ecosystems, designing data models, optimizing data performance, ensuring compliance, and integrating GenAI tools. Candidates need at least four years of software development experience, knowledge of application design patterns, event-driven architecture, databases, schemas, testing, CI/CD, and TDD, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, cloud-platform experience, and familiarity with Extreme Programming preferred.
