Description
Statista is hiring a Data Engineer to own and scale its tracking-data infrastructure, including event data and web-tracking pipelines. The role focuses on building and optimizing ELT pipelines with Python and SQL, improving data quality, governance, ingestion, orchestration, storage, and cost efficiency, and supporting streaming and modern analytics use cases. The engineer will collaborate with engineering and analytics teams and enable internal users through reliable, documented data systems. The position requires cloud-data-engineering experience, Python and SQL, pipeline and orchestration expertise, Snowflake or similar data warehouse experience, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD knowledge.
