YLD is hiring a full-time Senior Data Engineering Lead in London to combine hands-on data engineering delivery with client-facing commercial work and practice growth. The role reports to the Head of Engineering, involves leading data pipelines, transformations, modelling, testing, observability, CI/CD, governance, and cost optimisation; advising clients and prospects; shaping proposals; supporting live engagements; and mentoring data engineers. The position requires strong SQL, Python, data architecture, and platform experience, along with technical leadership and client-facing credibility.
