YipitData is hiring a Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead a global data engineering team and act as a hands-on player-coach. The role owns large-scale data pipelines, production datasets, analytical models, data quality and observability, and AI-ready datasets, using technologies such as Databricks, Airflow, SQL, and PySpark. The manager will develop engineers, partner with product and research stakeholders, and improve delivery reliability. The position requires at least 8 years of relevant technical experience and 3 years of managerial experience, offers fully remote work within the United States, and pays up to $215,000 annually with a variable target of up to 10% and equity.
