KLA is seeking a Senior Data Informatics Manager to lead enterprise AI/ML and data informatics strategy, development, and delivery. The role covers advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, NLP, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic AI, conversational systems, and intelligent workflow automation. Responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams, establishing AI/ML best practices, mentoring data scientists and ML engineers, and communicating technical strategy to senior leaders. The position requires a master’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline and at least five years of progressive experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or informatics.
