Ambev is hiring a Senior Data Manager II — MarTech Platform in Campinas, São Paulo, on an on-site full-time CLT contract. The role leads a two-level data engineering team and owns the data platform supporting consumer insights, brand performance, audience activation, campaign measurement, and marketing analytics. Responsibilities include translating strategy into roadmaps, managing pipelines and deliverables, collaborating with marketing and product teams, contributing to global data strategy and governance, and developing technical leads. The position requires 5–10 years of data engineering experience, technical leadership, cloud architecture knowledge, Databricks, Data Mesh, Medallion architecture, dimensional modeling, SQL, and PySpark, along with advanced English.
